Best Shawarma in Southwest Orlando

Yalla is hands down one of the best places for authentic levant/Middle Eastern food! Every dish we tried was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The mixed grill was perfectly cooked—tender, juicy, and seasoned just right. We were on our way home and wanted to grab a quick bite before heading back. We noticed a new Mediterranean spot in the same plaza we were in, so we decided to give it a shot. We ordered a falafel sandwich, and the owner recommended that we try the Arayes sandwich for pickup. Arayes is a popular Middle Eastern dish that consists of grilled pita bread stuffed with seasoned ground meat. The Arayes sandwich was out of this world! I asked a man from the Middle East where he would go for middle eastern food and he said “no where around here but if you go to Orlando” then he recommended this place. I ordered 3 shwarma, chicken, beef and beef kofta. All were juicy and flavorful. I like the chili spread, the aioli and tahini. All went well with it and for a very good price. This is a nice addition to the area with very comfortable couches, clean atmosphere and warm people to talk to. Very good.

Absolutely perfect. Was in town for the week and was craving Arabic food because my town does not have any places to enjoy this. Hospitality was A+ as was the service. Enjoyed grape leaves, a kofta wrap, and beef shawarma wrap. Portioned and priced perfect. Food is great and atmosphere is calm and casual with the beautiful music playing in the background. Absolutely one of the best middle eastern restaurants I have been to in Orlando. Highly recommend the spread that includes the grape leaves, hummus, tuboleh and baba ganoush! The fries are also extremely delicious and the perfect density. The service was also very nice and welcoming.
